Disney’s Frozen Jr. the musical will be coming to Lambert late November and early December. 

The Lambert acting troupe held auditions for the upcoming production of Frozen Jr. on August 5, 2019, and the cast list was released on August 21. Many of Lambert’s actresses and actors have had an opportunity to participate in the upcoming show; this is a very exciting event for them.

“I am beyond excited for this years production. Last year I had the best time, it was one of my favorite things about freshman year” Livi Wold, a Lambert sophomore, exclaimed; Wold will be playing young Elsa in the upcoming show. The acting troupe of Lambert will be working hard to put on an amazing show.

The auditions that happened at the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year. The auditions were very time consuming and included many difficult tasks, but to these actors and actresses it was all worth it to be able to take part in this once in a lifetime opportunity. 

“Ms. Carly always encourages us to make choices, explore character, and to never be sorry of your performance, and an audition or show would be so boring if you just stood there and sang, so finding ways to bring this character to life can tricky but very fun” Elle Billips, a sophomore at Lambert High School who will be taking part in Frozen Jr., exclaimed.

The show is the junior version of Disney’s: Frozen and will include both the Broadway musical and movie songs.  Frozen Jr. will be in the theater during November 21st-23rd and December fifth and sixth.
