Lambert High School’s Student Government Association has organized Prom Spirit Week that will run from Monday, April 22nd, to Friday, April 26th. This week of themed days and school spirit activities will lead up to the prom, which is scheduled for the following day, Saturday, April 27th.
Monday kicks off the week with an “Adam Sandler Day,” where students can draw inspiration from the iconic actor’s casual and eclectic style. Expect to see oversized t-shirts, basketball shorts, and perhaps the occasional golf club.
“Trippy Tuesday” promises a role-reversal twist, with teachers dressing as students and students as teachers.
Wednesday has been dubbed “Anything But a Backpack Day,” where students get creative with what they carry their school supplies in. Don’t be surprised to see everything from shopping carts to laundry baskets as students find inventive alternatives to their everyday backpacks.
“USA Day” on Thursday will paint the school in patriotic colors, with students and staff donning red, white, and blue.
The week culminates on Friday with a Beach/Hawaiian theme for underclassmen and college shirt day for seniors right before the grand finale: the pep rally.
