Humans of Lambert
“My cause in life is education. I do what I do because I want to make an impact on people. I am investing in the future of America. I try to relate Spanish to students’ lives, so they find it meaningful and are motivated to learn more. I try to make it relevant to each person, in terms of “what’s in it for me?”. I don’t think anybody has the secret ingredient to motivation though, I think a lot of times it comes from within, and you have to find this inner motivation. I had to find my own motivation. I think about growing up poor, I had goals, and I decided, I’m either going to be a dreamer or a doer. I want to be both. I do everything to the fullest. I give it all I have. I am not going to be the best at everything, but I am going to give it all I have. I want to have no regrets. Once I decide I’m going to do something, nothing can derail me. If I have a goal, I will see it to the end”.
