Local freshman believes that her opinion is more valid than everyone else’s
Finding issues with fellow students, faculty, and generally everything that she disagrees with, Sarah Eldmenn, a freshman who became active on social media platforms Twitter and Tumblr this holiday season, has taken it upon herself to talk down to everyone she encounters. “I’m okay with people having their own opinion, so long as it doesn’t contradict mine,” said the 14-year-old, who has been explaining complex world issues to people who don’t care since she first realized how offensive the world can be, around Halloween of 2015. “I just don’t understand why they feel a need to be so mean. Don’t they see that my views are better?” Eldmenn added that if she ever feels that anyone is expressing themselves in a way she doesn’t appreciate, she’ll gladly call them out the social media platform of her choice.
