It’s that time of year again when the dads park themselves in front of a football game and families come together to give thanks.

This year’s Thanksgiving comes at a time where it’s more important than ever to be thankful and share memories with family. The Lambert student body is gearing up for this holiday season and is more than ready to go on break.

Stepanie Silvestro, a senior at Lambert, expresses her love for this holiday by tuning into one of the most popular programs to watch on Thanksgiving.

“Every year, my family and I turn on the TV to see the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade,.” Stephanie explained. “It brings me a lot of happiness to share these moments with my family every holiday.”

Clearly, the Lambert student body is all geared up for this year’s Thanksgiving. While no presents are going to be handed out, it is still a fantastic time to connect with friends and family.

Anika Bhattacharya, a senior at Lambert High school, talks about her favorite part of Thanksgiving.

“The best tradition I share with my family for Thanksgiving is all the scrumptious foods and desserts we cook together and bring to share with each other at the table,”

No matter how you celebrate this holiday season, it is sure to be the best one yet. So whether you enjoy the food or family aspect of the season, it is vital to enjoy yourself on this day thoroughly.
